“After decades of dissonance, leadership scholars agree on one thing: They can’t come up with a common definition of leadership. Because of such factors as growing global influences and generational differences, leadership will continue to have different meanings for different people” (Northouse, 2016)
Personally I see the leader as being a people person, who is able to adapt to each and every team member, and who is supporting and motivating them along the way.
